    Hey everyone, yes this was a known issue with our first roll out, it has been fixed and we can replace your current Strip free of charge, please submit a claim here

    I have the same problem!

    I use the SmartThings hub and I use the general Z-Wave Temp/Light Sensor device handler for the Strip Comfort.
