Let’s run through some troubleshooting steps and figure out what state your Strip is in, please do the following step:
Please observe how many blinks the unit gives, and then follow these instructions:
1 blink means your unit is added in a network, please attempt a manual wake up, then check to see if there is a response in your gateway UI.
*Note – Observe the confirmation blinks from the manual wake up.
1 = Successful
5 = Communication Failure, please move closer to your gateway and try again
2 blinks means your Strip is ready to be added in a network. Please continue by putting your gateway in add mode and initiating a manual wake up:

1 = Successful
5 = Communication Failure, please move closer to your gateway and try again
If you observe 0 blinks, please contact us again.
